Booking Terms & Conditions

1. The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Web Source Events LTD.
   

2. You and your employer (where relevant) are jointly and severally liable for payment of all the fees due to Web Source Events LTD
   

3. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by email or post within 2 days of receipt

4. Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time but any changes to the booking must be made in writing to Web Source Events LTD at Web Source Events LTD, 8a Drudge Road, Gorleston-On-Sea, Norfolk, NR316BD.
   

5. Web Source Events LTD reserves the right to vary, postpone or cancel the event or part of any event/conference where the occasion necessitates. If such a situation arises, Web Source Events LTD will endeavour to reschedule the event. You agree that Web Source Events LTD will not be responsible for any cost, damage or expenses which may be incurred by you as a consequence of any event/conference being cancelled or postponed. Web Source Events LTD reserves the right to cancel any event/conference, in which case full refunds will be issued. Save as expressly provided in this clause , Web Source Events LTD specifically accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, any event/conference does not take place or certain parts of the event are amended, altered or removed from the advertised programme of any event/conference.
   

6. To the extent permitted by law, neither Web Source Events LTD nor its presenters, servants or agents will be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting omitting to act or refraining from acting in reliance upon the event/conference material or presentation of any event/conference or, except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the price paid by the individual delegate at any event/conference, arising from or connected with any error or omission in the event/conference material or presentation of any event/conference. Consequential loss shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses.
   

7. Data Protection: You may be contacted from time to time with details of events and other services that may be of interest to you. Please write to the Data Protection Officer at Web Source Events LTD at Web Source Events LTD, 8a Drudge Road, Gorleston-On-Sea, Norfolk, NR316BD if you do not wish to be included in this activity.
   
   

8. You will be automatically be entered into the prize give away. Winners must produce a valid ID, such as a driving license, passport or utility bill.
